Makeup Tutorial
The coaching is what makes Inside Out Image Consulting services a true transformation because we want you to not only look your best, but anchor confidence from the inside out. You can schedule your coaching sessions before or after your image consultation. The Premium package includes one hour of coaching of your choice or for an additional fee, you can select the custom makeup tutorial. Each coaching session offers a different angle to help you represent who you are by removing any miscommunication in your mind, body, or messaging. We offer a different lens than a typical therapist or life coach because we focus on the areas of your life where you lost confidence and how they affect your overall image and impression.
You will gain more clarity in who you are which will help you define your style, values, goals, relationships, and messaging in all interactions.

While therapy focuses on resolving the past or a life coach focuses on achieving future goals, we take a different approach by focusing on your life transitions where confidence was lost and try to remove any roadblocks that keep you from truly being yourself.

Presence Coaching helps you become aware of the verbal and nonverbal impression you make on others. We give you professional feedback on your body language, posture, tone of voice, eye contact, expressions and gestures. We help you practice the tools to improve your presence, so you can send the right message without saying a word.

Media Coaching gives you the confidence and tools to face any filming, recording, interview or pitch and deliver a clear message in sound bites to represent who you are and what you offer. You will learn how to be authentic in the spotlight because the inside out process is designed to represent you in any and every setting.

Makeup Tutorial is custom to your facial features and lifestyle to give you a makeup routine that is feasible to maintain, as well as enhancing your natural beauty. You will be able to learn and practice makeup application techniques with your professional makeup consultant and have a filmed recording to keep to refresh your memory.
