Inside Out Image Consulting transformations can be customized.
Some like to start with OUTside appearance and presence while some prefer to begin with the INside transformation with coaching. For the full transformation, we encourage both approaches because we know how important it is not just look or feel your best, but truly own who you are from the inside out. While most of our services are offered separately, we want to set you up for success by providing image consultation packages to jumpstart your journey to confidence! Growing up with a noticeable birthmark on my cheek made me realize image matters. It was hard especially as a child because people continually noticed what was “wrong” or “different” about me instead of noticing me for who I am—which is much more than a birthmark.
I reasoned that people didn’t understand or were simply curious without sensitivity, or too quick to judge and assumed the worst. No matter the reaction, I personally did not want to explain myself, but I longed to be seen for who I was and treated with respect and acceptance.
I turned to fashion to express myself and find confidence. Thinking it was my life’s calling, I worked in the fashion industry in New York City for years, only to discover it was not my passion.
My passion is to empower people to be clear on who they are, so they can be fully confident and authentic in the world around them. As a trained NLP mindset coach and image consultant, I have helped hundreds of men and women transform from the inside out and live their best lives.
All in all, I am so grateful for my birthmark and the challenging experiences because they gave me the insight to use image for good and discover a deeper sense of confidence that cannot be shaken.
